Help us help you
A few details make it much faster to find and fix a problem:
- Which tool you were using, for example the Image Converter or the SEO Checker.
- What you did and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead, including any error message shown on the page.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Windows or Safari on iPhone.
- For audits and scans, the URL you tested, if you're happy to share it.
Please don't send passwords, API keys or private files by email. If a problem only happens with a particular file, describe it first and we'll suggest a safe way to share an example.
